$300 minimum for delivery/installation​
No minimum for pick up orders
All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking
​Orders less than $215 require 75% of full payment at booking
All balloon styling services require a Booking Fee of 3% of the total order
$50 starting Delivery Fee for delivery and installs within the Baltimore city limits
NO REFUNDS on booked services or reduction in services
