Our Booking Process

  1. Browse our styling services.​

  2. Complete our inquiry form to request a free estimate.

  3. Review and accept your estimate & contract.

    Estimates expire after 5 days. Estimate changes can be made prior to its expiration date.

  4. Pay a 30% non-refundable deposit​ to secure your event date.

  5. Leave the rest to us!


Balloon Party Boutique would like to thank you for your interest in working with us. Please fill this form out  and look out for a email from us to set up a 15 minute consulation to discuss you event in detail. Please be deposit ready, there is a 30% non-refundable deposit due 48 hours after your proposal is sent. Note there is a delivery fee, breakdown fee and a 3% booking fee additional to service and/or rental cost. There is a $350 minimum for all installs. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible with a focus on earlier events first. For inquiries submitted please allow up to 48hr for a response.

If you have inspiration images we would love to see them. Share your inspiration images with us by sending them to info@balloonpartyboutique.com. Make sure to include your name, event date, and event type when sending your images.

If your event is less than one week away, please complete and submit our inquiry form below and follow it with an email with the subject line that reads "RUSH"  to info@balloonpartyboutique.com. "RUSH" emails should include your name, phone number, event date, and event details
