After submitting your inquiry, you will receive an email within 24–48 hours discuss your event in detail.

Please review the following before submitting your inquiry:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your proposal to secure your date.
• A $350 minimum applies to all balloon installations.
• Delivery, breakdown, and a 3% booking fee are applied in addition to service costs.
• Inspiration images are welcome and may be emailed after your Wishlist submission.
• If your event is less than 7 days away, submit your inquiry and follow with an email titled “RUSH” including your name, phone number, event date, and details.

We prioritize earlier event dates and respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
